The Division

The Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) combines the PTA and Main Roads' Infrastructure Delivery Directorate to deliver high value, complex rail and road infrastructure projects. The PTA, through its OMTID and Major Projects (MP) Divisions, are delivering part of the broad program of works under the overarching banner of METRONET.

The Role

OMTID is looking for an experienced and qualified Planning and Scheduling Manager to manage scheduling, milestones, change control and in-depth reviews/analysis on a number of our high profile infrastructure projects. This role requires someone with high level experience in preparing and maintaining the master scheduling with contract and project management skills.

You will be a strong communicator to provide specialist advice and build effective working relationships with various internal and external parties to meet project delivery timelines. You will use your experience in leading and managing a team of planners and schedulers to drive positive change within the team.

This is a fixed term position to 30 June 2024 with the possibility of extensions.
