About the team

The Infrastructure and Place division is charged with the delivery of an ambitious and once-in-a generation program of public infrastructure works. We are developing and delivering smart, integrated and sustainable infrastructure and places that are valued by our customers and communities.

The Project Assurance Team has key responsibilities in two main areas. These include conducting audits of projects for compliance with processes within the Integrated Management System (IMS) and both scheduling and following up with projects on the outcomes from regular performance reviews including Project Health Checks. Both areas involve categorisation of findings and data analysis to identify systemic issues and trends, with recommendations to drive improvement in project performance.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for senior admin/project support professional to join us as a Project Review Manager. Based at Macquarie Park and reporting to Director Project Assurance, you will be a strong people manager who would be working on the project review activities within the Division to ensure projects will be successful in achieving their outcomes and meet client requirements.

This is a pivotal role that sits with our project assurance team where you will utilize your exemplary organization skills and people management capabilities to work with multiple project teams to ensure the implementation of our performance reviews including health checks across project performance.

About you

This role would be the ideal next step for a senior admin/project support professional who is a whiz at multitasking and getting things done. You are proficient with MS Excel and have strong data analysis skills.

Essential requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and relevant experience in assurance related roles
  • Experience managing teams would be highly advantageous

Salary and benefits

The salary for this position is Grade 9 ($135,898- $ 152,204) per annum plus leave loading and superannuation.
