Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

  • Plan, manage and deliver human factors integration across the project lifecycle for community-shaping projects
  • Elicit user/HF requirements through HF methods
  • Apply HF methods including task analysis, workload, human error identification, and training needs analysis
  • Complete design assessments including ergonomic assessments, interface evaluation, prototyping, and user testing
  • Coordinate with Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance colleagues.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in human factors, psychology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in industry.
  • Experience applying human factors integration standards and procedures
  • Experience completing human factors analyses and delivering high quality reports
  • Strong workshop facilitation experience
  • Eligible for membership with an accredited human factors professional body (or equivalent)

We value the difference each team member brings, and we look for people who have had a broad range of experiences and a growth and learning mindset.
