About The Team

The Safety, Environment and Regulation division upholds safety and sustainability in our transport system. We’re working to deliver globally-recognised, safe, sustainable transport for our people, customers and the community.

Within SER we have Regulatory Operations including the Regulatory Systems and Technology team which collaborates with Transport for NSW’s Information Technology and Insights and Engagement branches to deliver change projects, and to manage business applications and systems.

It is also responsible for leading development and management of the branch’s business systems and collaborates across Transport for NSW to develop and trial enforcement technology and improve the data and information available from business systems

The opportunity

Right now, we have an opportunity for a Case2Court Management (CCMS) System Coordinator who is responsible for all aspects of the CCMS system including access and change requests, system enhancement, maintenance and user support.

You will provide expert knowledge in both functional and technical aspects of CCMS to a range of stakeholders by maintaining currency with developments and issues around the system usage and contributing to the strategic planning process.

Additionally you will contribute to enhancements of the system through identification and project management of system enhancements and patches, analysis and development of system requirements and ensuring system compliance and effectiveness.

About You

We are looking for a team player who has excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders including users of the system both externally and internally and technical people, your ability to adjust your communication skills to the audience you are addressing is paramount, to ensure that you are delivering the correct information.

At the same time you will have strong technical skills and knowledge to understand the system with the ability to investigate and problem solve as well as suggest enhancements to the CCMS system and provide user support.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a systems/technical role where you have been required to provide user support.

Salary And Benefits

The salary for this position is USS Grade 8 ($102,098 - $109,561) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
