We work with several government agencies to coordinate road, rail, bus and maritime services, always keeping the safety and comfort of our customers at the heart of what we do.

The Division

The Greater Sydney Division is redefining integrated transport choices to improve the lives of customers and communities, making Greater Sydney a better place to live, work and play. We have the single biggest place making opportunity at Transport in the coming years, reshaping Greater Sydney into a metropolis of three cities – Eastern Harbour City, Central River City and Western Parklands City - whilst also overseeing the Greater Sydney region as a whole.

Greater Sydney is focused on these three cities and delivering a joined up transport network and services to ensure these cities become the places that their customers and communities really want.

  • Lead effective stakeholder engagement with communities to ensure program coordination and consultation practices across the sub regions are consistent to support the effective delivery of services.
  • Manage TfNSW investment portfolios prioritisation for various projects and services as per business unit objectives.
  • Deliver expert advice, collaborate with leaders across Greater Sydney and the Transport Cluster to ensure successful end to end customer journeys, the seamless delivery of an integrated transport network and place making outcomes.
  • Manage the client-side obligations and performance of projects, programs and services by implementing agreed performance goals, standards and measures at a whole of program and whole of service level to form the basis for evaluation of effectiveness.
  • Lead and implement various business unit projects, ensuring project deliverables meet safety, time, cost, quality, scope, and other planned objectives consistent with TfNSW and Government delivery commitments.
  • Drive the development and implementation of strategies to ensure community engagement, providing project transparency and feedback opportunities, consistent with Greater Sydney Community and Place requirements.

About You
