Roy Hill is currently seeking two Supervisors for Port Production to join the team on a 14_14 days nights roster, flying in and out of Port Hedland.


Reporting to a Superintendent Port Production, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of Port equipment so that production targets are safely achieved.

Accountabilities will also include but not be limited to:

  • Provide supervision and leadership to your team and display positive behaviours at all times
  • Coordinate and supervise the production work group to ensure all work tasks and activities are carried out in a timely manner
  • Complete and validate shift reports and document all issues requiring follow up
  • Provide leadership and supervision for continual improvement

For you to achieve outstanding results in this position, your experience may include the following:

  • Extensive experience in a port operations role – ship berthing, loading, departures, stacking, reclaimer, car dumper and material handling operations
  • No less than 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to obtain Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
  • Valid WA C class drivers’ licence
