    Michael Page is partnering with JWA Oilfield Supplies who are a proudly Australian owned and operated company and a member of the JWA Group. Established in 2003, JWA have been supporting major energy and infrastructure projects with innovative solutions to temporary access, ground support and platform needs. Offering a new and award-winning product to construction sites, this person will work with an outstanding team who have experience in LNG projects, road and rail programs, renewable developments, international events and more.

    Job Description

    • Ensure that account management is guided by a service culture and high service levels are upheld at all times
    • Meet customer expectations in collaboration with operations
    • Provide timely and accurate assistance whilst being accessible and an excellent source of product knowledge based on a strong understanding of the clients' needs
    • Anticipate and mitigate problems as and when they arise
    • Escalate complaints and follow up to ensure feedback is received within reasonable time
    • Generate quotes and have active involvement in all steps of the sales process
    • Negotiate customer contracts for business renewal
    • Maintain customer records as per company guidelines
    • Build knowledge around product applications across industries of focus including; Construction, Major Infrastructure, Utilities and Environment
    • Promote existing and new products and services
    • Provide insights gained from client discussions to the marketing team in order to inform possible new applications or untapped markets
    • Understand and adhere to relevant company policies and procedures
