About the Role

We are seeking a full-time experienced Customer Service | Administration Officer to join our RiverCity Ferries team based in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The role will primarily focus on ensuring a positive experience for our passengers; managing face to face enquiries, phone enquires; and liaising with vessel crew.

You will also be required to provide administration support to the Operations and Finance team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel working with spreadsheets and formulas.

Key Skills:
Managing customer enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and effectively
Strong ability in using MS Office Excel
Communicate, coordinate and provide other administrative assistance within the team
Proven ability to evaluate conflict situations and implement conciliatory procedures as needed
Demonstrate attention to detail and time management
Be self-motivated and work autonomously in a solo environment
