About North East Link

The North East Link Project will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, while increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east.

About the Opportunity

Be part of a transformative infrastructure project for Victoria, with an exciting role in the North East Link Project's Brand & Creative team.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, as NELP's Senior Graphic Designer, you will be inspired to motivate and support a growing team of passionate graphic designers and finished artists in the production of digital & print collateral for NELP as we gain momentum and exposure nationally!

You will project manage all aspects of brand and collateral development including the rollout of NELP's internal and external sub-brands & campaigns according to tight timeframes. You will be NELP's creative representative across all working groups within the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (think West Gate Tunnel Project, Melbourne Metro Rail Project and all of the Level Crossing Removals) to communicate lessons learned, share new ideas and ensure continuity of collateral across all project offices. You will be the accessibility guru of the Brand & Creative Team and ensure that all content meets web accessibility guidelines. You will play a key role as an influencer, collaborator and negotiator, working with internal stakeholders to ensure content is engaging, fit for purpose and delivered in a timely manner.

  • A genuinely creative and established senior graphic designer – you are well versed in delivering print & digital collateral across a variety of mediums
  • A natural collaborator and team player who can keep a cool head and fast hand when managing multiple priorities
  • A natural leader. You know design, delivery and production processes inside and out and can support others through this process.
