We are looking for people to help us grow our stakeholder engagement and communications service offering. We have opportunities for experienced Stakeholder Engagement and Communications professionals to join our team in Sydney.

  • Provide advice and planning for projects, with best practice engagement and consultation that supports project success.
  • Responsible for managing the planning and execution of engagement and consultation strategies for our clients on construction and infrastructure projects
  • Lead community engagement across specified projects, from early planning to infrastructure delivery.
  • Support the project to deliver communications, including community and stakeholder briefings, presentations, and other collateral delivered through existing client channels.
  • Protect and promote client’s reputation and identity, deliver strategic advice and issues management to support the successful project delivery.


  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and manage client and stakeholder expectations.
  • 3 to 10 year’s experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, community relations, or any related field.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies and plans to support the entire lifecycle of a project.
  • A strong business acumen with the capability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and communicate project issues clearly and accurately as it relates to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
  • Candidates who have Australian work rights will only be considered.
