Our client, a publicly listed multi-disciplinary contractor, is looking for a Blue-Collar Recruiter to work closely with Recruitment Manager to identify and attract high performing individuals while proactively managing and driving all aspects of the recruitment cycle. This is a temporary opportunity with the view to permanency, in Henderson with a ASAP start.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end to end recruitment including attracting, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, pre-employment checks, reference checking and offer processes
  • Build and maintain candidate pipeline/talent pools to address current and future requirements
  • Work across the business to ensure branding as an employer of choice
  • Support operational and functional teams in the determination optimisation of labour requirements and ensure a competitive workforce is maintained

To be successful in this role, you will need to satisfy the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity within an industrial setting
  • Experience in recruiting blue collar and trade vacancies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks against competing demands
  • Clear thinking, practical approach and a strong achievement focus
