About Us

Transport for NSW is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions. We work with several government agencies to coordinate road, rail, bus and maritime services, always keeping the safety and comfort of our customers at the heart of what we do.

About The Team

At Transport, we’re passionate about making NSW a better place to live, work and visit. Our vision is to give everyone the freedom to choose how and when they get around, no matter where they live. Right now, we’re delivering the largest infrastructure program Australia has ever seen – to keep people and goods moving, connect communities and shape the future of our cities, centres and regions. At Transport, we’re also committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible workforce, which reflects the community and the customers we serve.

The Infrastructure and Place division is in the process of delivering an ambitious and once-in-a generation $28 billion program of public infrastructure works which will ease congestion, improve safety, create new places and connect communities for generations to come.

  • Develop and implement realistic and sustainable plans for delivery of cost control within project/program teams and for improvement in service quality and sponsor satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve current and emerging issues to improve the quality and efficacy of cost control as a value added function to project / program delivery teams
