Job Description
The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Officer to join our Technology team based in our Perth Airport office. If you possess strong customer service and technical skills along with a positive and approachable personality we would like to hear from you! Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Lead, this role will provide first level IT support for our Arc Infrastructure employees and stakeholders.

The Role

As the IT Helpdesk Officer you will be responsible for:
Providing level 1 IT Support for daily IT queries and issues raised by our internal users
Providing support via phone, email and when necessary face to face visits to client sites and additional IT projects as requested
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Conducting remote troubleshooting
Willing to learn, fantastic work ethic and can do attitude and a personable way of communicating and providing the best customer service possible
Remote maintenance and support of clients' network infrastructure
Utilising the Help Desk ticketing system
Change company culture to reduce walk-ups and phone support by demonstrating benefits of using helpdesk ticketing system
About You

To be successful in this role we need you to have:
Experience in an IT customer service role with an understanding of Microsoft client and server platforms, mobile devices and IT hardware
Strong communication skills
Confidence, patience and understanding as you assist a range of people and solve problems
Willingness to participate in an "on call" roster 24/7 approximately 1 week in 5
