Job Description
The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Junior Training Support Officer to join our Learning and Development team. The role is based at our training centre in Kewdale and will be considered on a full time or part time basis for the right candidate.

The Role
As the Junior Training Support Officer, you will be responsible for:
Greeting and inducting participants attending training courses
Office administration, including stationery and consumables ordering
Responding to customer enquiries
Processing training bookings and confirming courses via email
Raising requisitions, processing purchase orders and invoices and reconciling payments
Managing employee training records
Assisting managers to conduct induction training and onboarding processes
About You
To be successful in this role we need you to have
Certificate III or IV Business Administration (essential)
Microsoft Word and Excel skills at an intermediate level
Experience with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) (desirable)
Ability to maintain security, integrity and confidentiality of customer information and training content
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise according to business needs
