Job Description

Due to continuous growth and recent project wins Mott MacDonald is looking for a new team member. You will be joining a diverse team of consultants who are passionate about what they do, with a proven track record guiding our clients, and leading delivery of our State and Country's most critical projects.

We are seeking a highly experienced Probity & Sub-contractor Relationship Manager to join our NSW team working on one of our large Infrastructure key projects. The primary purpose of this role is to develop, implement and review policies, standards, processes and education programs in relation to probity and corruption prevention, as well as the establishment and maintenance of relationships with our wide base of subcontract partners.

The role oversees all related issues and concerns across these areas and provides advice, support to the project for the development of management strategies, reporting channels and outsourced service provider management.

The role will involve however not limited to:
  • Establish and maintain an effective and high-quality framework for dealing with issues related to probity
  • Oversee and manage probity audits to ensure relevant Government processes are conducted with integrity, while following applicable policies and procedures
  • Monitor and review business activities, conduct risk assessments, assess the effectiveness of activities, and implement action plans to ensure robust governance of probity, fraud and corruption related risks
  • Manage and maintain probity records
  • Contribute to project budgets and risk management plans, control costs, review and improve business systems and processes, and report as required on activities, performance, trends and issues.
  • Build organisational capability in probity and fraud and corruption management and prevention through appropriate development and knowledge transfer activities
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and management of the overarching enterprise risk framework to manage probity, fraud and corruption risk within the organisation
  • Liaise with our partners to ensure that they are aware of the opportunities, requirements and changes within the programme
