The role

The Customer Service Officer role will see you complete a diverse range of duties to support the ongoing success of our client, oversee key customer accounts, and manage all aspects of the customer relationship. From initial contact through to development of quotes and procurement of materials, you will apply your exceptional communication and project management skills to facilitate a positive customer experience.

As a key conduit between customers and internal Supply Chain, Engineering, and production teams you will leverage your understanding of a manufacturing environment and excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure every project is delivered in full and on time. To ensure your success in the role you will enjoy the support of an experienced team of specialists, on the job training, and a great workplace culture.

Requirements of this role

Experience in an office-based customer service or project management role
A foundational understanding of the construction or manufacturing industries
Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
Proactive approach to work with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Experience developing estimates or quotes, ideally within the construction industry
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail
