Your Opportunity

A great opportunity exists to join our Pre-Contracts department located in our excellent Perth corporate offices as a Submissions Coordinator. You will be an integral part of the Pre-Contracts team and will work principally on delivering external tender communications, but will also be involved in internal communications from time to time. You will work with both the Bid Managers and Business Development Managers to develop the written content of these key communications documents.

As the successful candidate you will need to be a self starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.

Our Minimum Requirements For This Role

  • Demonstrated experience in writing submissions with powerful selling messages
  • Fluent abilities in Adobe InDesign CS3/4 and General computer skills
  • Previous experience drafting formal responses to Expressions of Interest and Requests for Tender
  • Ability to prepare capability documents targeting specific clients/markets/projects
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, English, Literature or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Ability to understand what the client wants and expects
  • Ability to distil information into easily understood communications without compromising technical integrity
