About the Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Reservations Consultant (SRC) specialist to join the Kingfisher Bay Resort Group team, assisting the Central Reservations & Sales Team in the facilitation and management of sales across our unique Fraser Island brands.
- Responding to and managing all incoming calls, email, iHotelier and online enquiries including both direct and agent enquiries and bookings
- Data entry into reservations systems
- Upselling and optimising occupancy
- Reconciliation of banking processes
- Delegation of relevant position duties as deemed necessary by your Supervisor or Manager
- This position reports to the Customer Service and Reservations Manager, based at the Hervey Bay Sales & Reservations Office
- Must be available to work flexible working hours (weekends)

- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask with proven time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and direction
- Proven ability to work to and achieve KPI targets
