Commercial Administrator

Our client, a major construction company is looking to hire a Commercial Administrator to join their team in regional New South Wales. The company is looking to add to its high calibre workforce to safely and efficiently deliver the best quality rail projects.

 You will be required to 

  • Manage project records, ensuring information is up-to-date and stored, also compose status reports relevant to the project operations,
  • Coordinate, track and analyse the purchasing of goods.
  • Process invoices; purchase orders; prepare expense claims and administration of petty cash, also daily banking and mail collection,
  • Communicate and liaise with client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders for administrative purposes.
  • Coordinate meetings and events which may include preparing agendas, invitations, catering, distributing actions and general organisational support,
  • Provide secretarial support to the Project Manager and teams, also support to colleagues on systems and programs,
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

 The successful candidate will have

  • Qualification in Business Administration,
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an office environment and administration,
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills,
  • Construction industry / project environment experience desirable.
