About The Role

A great opportunity exists for the right person to join the small team in Wangara in Perth. You will coordinate the administration of office procedures to enable the smooth operation of the State office, whilst ensuring that it complies with company guidelines, policy and procedures.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, WA you will be responsible for the following and a lot more:

Assist Manager in the daily operation of the branch and ensure that processes comply with company procedures
Coordinate all service administration for the state service centre including: service orders, receipt and dispatch of required parts, invoicing and reporting on work in progress
Prepare monthly reports - WIP, Sales, Order Intake, KPI’s, and other customer & product information
Manage reception and ensure high quality customer service
Maintain OH&S & Quality databases, and assist in implementation of any new policies
Participates in branch meetings as and when required

What You Require To Succeed In This Role

Professional qualifications are not essential, however must possess sound knowledge and experience in the commercial and administrative procedures involved
Excellent IT skills required, with a detailed knowledge and understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, etc. for reporting / system processing
Knowledge of Navision or SAP ERP system would be of benefit
Great all round customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
