About the role

To support our continued growth and operational success, we are currently a Maintenance Planner to support the Maintenance team at our newest site - Wonmunna.

The Planner for Wonmunna is responsible to develop and administration effective maintenance plans to optimise the life cycles of the Crushing and Processing Assets

This position is a full-time role based on site on a 5/2 4/3 roster.

Key requirements and responsibilities:
Develop and Administrate Maintenance Plans and Master Data in the Business Computerised Maintenance Management System.
Review maintenance plans planned vs actual results to continuously improve maintenance plan and accuracy.
Undertake other maintenance planning and scheduling duties onsite when required on site to provide business continuity
Review daily, weekly business reports to seek out and advertise opportunity for improvements
Identify changes in scope of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external processes/clients to reassess renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities
Assist in the development of maintenance systems, standards, processes and procedures to standardise and optimise on maintenance work management across all sites.
Provide coaching and mentoring to site planners/schedulers to increase their effectiveness use of the maintenance management systems

The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous Maintenance Planning experience
Previous mining experience within a fixed plant environment would be highly regarded
Relevant trade qualification highly desirable
Experience with Pronto, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or similar maintenance packages
Advanced problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
