About the Team

The Safety, Environment and Regulation division (SER) upholds safety and sustainability in our transport system. We’re working to deliver globally-recognised, safe, sustainable transport for our people, customers and the community.

Within SER we have one of the biggest branches, Regulatory Operations which is responsible for delivering and supporting risk-based, outcome focused road safety regulation and engage with industry and other stakeholders to enhance safety and compliance across the transport network. The branch:

  • Delivers risk-based regulatory activities and engage with industry and other road users to improve compliance and safety across the road network.
