Join a dynamic world leading multi-modal Australian transport and tourism company SeaLink Travel Group is looking for an experienced Executive Officer to support the Group CEO. This critical position provides confidential and strategic administrative support to the Group CEO to deliver a sustainable and growing organisation.

About the Role

This role will suit a highly organised and professional individual who is experienced in managing a busy schedule and managing competing deadlines. 

The successful candidate will have Advanced MS Office skills, outstanding power point skills, exceptional written skills, is a seasoned Executive Officer, can be highly trusted with confidential information and also brings a healthy sense of humour to the workplace and will enjoy working in a cohesive management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Group CEO.
• Liaison point for the Group CEO for investors, government/ministerial and stakeholder contacts and coordinate and assist with presentations by the Group CEO.
• Dynamic email, schedule and multiple diary management to meet stakeholder expectations.
• High-level preparation of correspondence, executive presentations and reports.
• Draft speeches/scripts for the Group CEO.
• Compile itineraries, meeting agendas, briefing documents for meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements.
• Facilitate responses to enquiries, request for information or matters of concern addressed to the Group CEO.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in national and overseas jurisdictions including government agencies.
• Provide ongoing advice and assistance to staff and act as a key contact point for the Group CEO across a range of Company related matters.
