Grounds People - Mornington and surrounding areas

We are currently looking for Gardening team members to work in our Horticultural Services Division, these are ongoing roles that may lead to permanency.

Experience and/or qualifications in the following are desirable:

• Some exposure to landscaping/gardening products and services.
• Manual Driver's Licence.
• Medium Rigid Licence
• General mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver high quality gardening in parks/reserves/cemeteries across the Shire, including weeding, pruning, spraying, planting, mulching and rubbish removal
• Delivery works in line with planned programs/schedule of works
• Utilise iPad to record garden maintenance activities and communication
• Assist to investigate and resolve customer service requests
• Prepare and plant gardens as part of refurbishment program
• Use a range of horticulture equipment
• Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment
• Work safely at all times adhering to our HSEQ policies and procedures
