The Opportunity
We’re currently looking for a Graduate to join our team in Adelaide.
You will deliver best-practice stakeholder and community engagement, and strategic communications. You will strive to become a thought-leader and deliver high quality, innovative and creative solutions, with a focus on helping your clients deliver sustainable, positive social changes within their local communities.
Importantly, you will gain exposure to a range of activities allowing a solid foundation for your future career development, including:
- Preparing communication materials, such as communication plans, newsletters, social media and other communication tools
- Assisting with community consultation processes, including stakeholder contact
- Assisting the team with background research and organising (online) consultation events
- Analysing material and drafting and editing reports
- Preparing demographic and stakeholder analysis
- Input and analysis of electronic databases for stakeholder analysis
- Project support including data entry and other administrative tasks
- Transport: Large-scale rail, road and bridge infrastructure projects
- Water: planning and infrastructure projects
- Health: new clinical services, infrastructure and behavioual change projects
- Climate and sustainability: planning, preparedness and behavioural change projects
- Local government: redevelopment and strategic planning projects
- Development: mixed-use planning and construction projects
- Energy, renewables and resources: planning, approvals and delivery of projects
You will have a passion for working with government agencies, councils and the private sector to deliver communications and engagement services.

- Ability to distil complex information, think strategically and translate that thinking into practical solutions
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Active listening skills
- An understanding of the Australian government landscape
- A positive outlook and a collaborative approach
- Experience in digital engagement, or a passion for it
