Based at Perth Operations Centre with Fortnightly Site Travel

About The Role:

WorkPac are seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to join Rio Tinto's AutoHaul and Rail Productivity Team based at Perth Operations Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Improvement professional to support Rio Tinto in delivering improvement opportunities through accountability and analysing current performance, working with subject matter experts to unlock productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilitate and lead high value initiatives using Lean tools.

Interpret drivers to inform strategic thinking and the evaluation and prioritisation of initiatives.

Undertake analysis, improvements and project work designed to identify opportunities to add business value.

Management reporting and performance analysis.

About You:

WA C Class Manual Drivers Licence

3 plus years' experience working in a Business Improvement Specialist role or Similar

Experience using business improvement methodologies and processes

Demonstrated experience as a strong communicator, influencer and planner

Demonstrated experience in operational readiness, embedding and sustaining deliveries

Rio Tinto Systems knowledge advantageous
