Cross River Rail is one of the largest transport projects in Queensland, it will set the foundation for a world-class, integrated public transport system in SEQ that will transform Queensland Rail and the way we operate. The introduction of Cross River Rail to our network will also see the implementation of the European Train Control System. ETCS is an Automatic Train Protection technology that monitors the speed and position of trains and ensures trains do not exceed speed limits. It is an essential requirement for rail traffic travelling through the CRR tunnels. ETCS will be supported by other operational technology systems including ITOPS, which will be used to generate the daily train plan of scheduled passenger services.
Our ETCS ITOPS Program team are seeking an experienced Senior Project Analyst to provide the business analysis, change management, training and testing support skills to ensure successful delivery of various projects related to our operational technology systems.
This position will suit someone who has strong stakeholder engagement skills as you will take on a lead role in complex cross-business activities. You will need to be able to effectively analyse stakeholders needs and business processes, and implement effective change strategies and plans around testing, training and the end-user adoption of operational technology systems.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in gathering and documenting high level business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements and documenting business rules across a broad spectrum of business and ICT stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of innovative and effective internal and external change management plans, strategies and initiatives within a complex project delivery environment
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the management and control of test execution, identifying and reporting on defects, severity, priority and remedial actions
- Extensive knowledge and experience in defining and developing training strategies, training plans, training processes and content, training deployment activities and criteria for the successful delivery of training requirements and assessment of capability development
This is a permanent, full time position, based in Brisbane CBD. The salary for this role is approximately $110,328.25 + Superannuation + Free rail travel to and from work.
