What will you be doing

We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager with experience working on complex major infrastructure projects to lead commercials on some of the biggest projects happening in NSW right now.

This role will see you

Taking responsibility for commercial aspects across multiple medium to large scale projects
Monitoring contractual obligations and financial performance
Managing relationships with key stakeholders including the contractor, JV partner, home offices and government
Involved in all commercial aspects of the project such as contract interpretation and administration, financial analysis, budget variances and variations
Reporting revenue recognition, invoicing & WIP, cash flow and estimate-to-complete.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for
First and foremost, you share our passion for improving quality of life with integrity. You value and enjoy working within a cohesive, people focused culture. You are an experienced Commercial Manager with an accounting background and relevant tertiary qualifications (CPA/CA will be highly regarded).
You will come to us with
Experience working on large scale infrastructure, construction or building projects preferably in the engineering industry
A desire to work collaboratively and the agility to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
The ability to hit the ground running and anticipate the needs of the project
An appreciation for the contribution of the team around you and ensuring an inclusive culture
Proficiency in MS Excel with Power BI being an advantage.
