Join the team in the role of Platform Coordinator and be the face of Keolis Downer on a daily basis, ensuring that safety is maintained for all customers and we meet our high requirements of customer service for the project. This is a rare opportunity to be paid to learn with no previous industry experience required. Keolis Downer are committed to investing in their people and will provide paid training to ensure you are job ready prior to your first day.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Ideally, you will have knowledge of working within the rail environment and understanding of safety and compliance to National Law but this is not essential
  • Ability to respond quickly and rationally to problem solve on the move whilst maintaining customer service standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively work with a diverse customer group
  • Be willing to work shifts in accordance with a seven-day rotating roster over 365 days per year, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
