About the opportunity

SRLA are seeking to engage a highly motivated Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) Engineer to work within the Engineering & Assurance branch of its Rail & Infrastructure division. The RAM Engineer will work collaboratively with technical and assurance engineers to ensure application of RAM principles throughout development and delivery of the SRL project. The role will call on relevant project development, delivery and technical experience, with a demonstrated ability to undertake detail RAM analysis and embed RAM principles throughout the lifecycle of complex underground rail projects. You will work closely with SRLA, our technical advisors and other parties as the project progresses, including integration with multiple disciplines and stakeholder organisations to help inform and optimize the technical solution. The ability to maintain strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and manage and communicate project implications of complex technical issues is fundamental for the success of the role.
