About the opportunity
The Digital Engineering Asset Lead sits within the project's Engineering & Assurance Team, reporting to the Manager, Quality & Completions. This role will drive the management of digital engineering data as an asset across the project lifecycle of the Suburban Rail Loop Project.
This role will support operational readiness through the development and implementation of a comprehensive industry leading suite of asset data requirements, an asset tagging strategy and an asset breakdown structure for all rail related asset classes in partnership with key stakeholders including Department of Transport, Rail Projects Victoria and Rail Operators. Furthermore, this role will actively manage digital engineering data, asset data and traditional drawings management system completions submissions to the Suburban Rail Loop Authority, Department of Transport / Public Transport Victoria and Rail Transport Operators.
The Digital Engineering Asset Manager will provide senior leadership and specialist guidance on digital engineering asset management frameworks, processes and systems, throughout the project lifecycle.
