About the opportunity

As the Senior Adviser, Health & Safety Capability and Innovation, you will be responsible for developing organisational and industry H&S capability in construction high risk environments using innovative technology that challenges the traditional approach to learning. You will develop health and safety initiatives and programs from concept to completion, including refreshing of initiatives over the project life cycle. The role works strategically with internal stakeholders, industry partners and MTIA Projects to gain support for new initiatives and programs. It ensures initiatives and programs are delivered on time and to budget. Your role will report to the Manager, Program Health & Safety to support the development and the maintenance of the SRLA Industry Initiatives and Training and Capability function.
