 WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Principal Communications Engineer in our Perth office, you will be joining a successful and established team on a Permanent full-time basis. In your new role, you will be working on a wide range of project sizes that will see you apply your expertise in managing, directing and supervising Communications engineering design activities. You will also;

• Monitoring the interaction of various disciplines and providing specialist knowledge where required
• Managing, training and mentoring staff and conducting performance and remuneration reviews
• Developing systems and procedures to ensure engineering projects comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, company policies and conditions set out in project scopes
• Managing work technically and contractually to ensure that it meets Calibre standard

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 15+ years professional experience, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Mining and Rail Experience highly regarded
• Extensive experience in supervising Communications engineering design project teams
• Sound and demonstrable technical knowledge of communication systems
• Business planning, budgeting and commercial acumen
• High level consulting and client management skills
• Previous experience in a consultancy setting highly advantageous
