The SAP Functional Team plays a key role within the Information & Digital Management business area, providing functional support and direct enhancements across all SAP modules for the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced leader who has exceptional interpersonal skills in facilitating complex stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your demonstrated experience and knowledge of SAP modules will position you as an ideal candidate. You will excel leading a small business critical team, enabling capability uplift and cross-functional collaboration within the organisation.

We are looking for a candidate who has extensive proven experience in a large complex and heavily regulated organisation. Your experience in stakeholder management complimented by your strong technical capability and leadership will ensure your success in this role.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Lead and manage the SAP Functional team to provide high quality functional support in the identification and analysis of business issues and development of functional solutions in accordance with business requirements.
  • Experience with SAP cloud offerings and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business effectiveness through the use of SAP systems to support business stakeholders improve their business for competitive advantage.
  • Facilitate a learning environment to build a high performance SAP Functional team with high level consultancy competencies.
  • Lead change and innovative thinking to process and product improvement that develops professional consulting competencies to improve cost, efficiency and quality of customer service.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • High level of skill in leading SAP Functional staff in a large and dynamic organisation with a proven track record of building a high performance team and delivering outcomes.
  • High level of skill in co-ordinating the management of internal and professional services resources for the successful implementation of multiple SAP initiatives and concurrently meeting support and maintenance service levels.
  • High level of skill in promoting SAP solutions that can be applied to generate competitive advantage in a large and complex organisation.

    Starting salary $123,515 plus superannuation
