Job Description

The Opportunity

If you are a self-motivated team player with strong analytical and excel modelling skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our high performing Commercial and Development team, as a Commercial Analyst in our Perth Airport based office.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Regulatory, you will be responsible for developing Arcs commercial and operational pricing models. You will support the team by:

* Creating operating, DCF and three-way financial models ensuring they adhere to industry best practice.
* Developing and maintaining bespoke pricing models for access to the Arc Infrastructure network.
* Providing critical review of inputs, mechanics and methodology used in modelling.
* Making recommendations based on analysis to inform regulatory and commercial decision making.
* Maintaining the revenue budget and providing regular updates to revenue forecasts.
* Developing and maintaining new and existing revenue and operational-related reports.
* Managing the customer billing and reporting functions.

About You

You will need to have demonstrated experience in commercial, analytical or corporate finance roles. Demonstration of your ability to create bespoke models in MS Excel including VBA and an intermediate level of proficiency in MS Access is a requirement for this role. Your high attention to detail, well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills will be vital to the success of the role.

You will have the ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as communicate honestly and openly with team members across the business including the Executive Leadership team.
