About the role:
- 12-month fixed term role
- Committed to safety within the team and the wider business
- Ensure resources and schedules are prepared in accordance with operational requirements and enterprise agreements
- Build leave rosters and monitoring of freight requirements
- Perform and assist the wider team in maximising efficiency and meeting collaborative deadlines and targets
- Assist teams with changes to service plans, asset loading, resource allocations, customer requirements and the impact of major disruptions
- Accountable for preparing all relevant rosters for crews with timing and accuracy and assisting other team members as required
- Responsible for ensuring that employees with the appropriate operational knowledge are placed on rosters
- Monitor fatigue management in line with rostering and fatigue management principals
About you:
- Exceptional attitude towards safety and demonstrated safe behaviours in the workplace
- A dedicated team player with superior attention to detail and ability to be flexible
- Have a broad administration skill set with significant computer and excel experience
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Excellent time management and ability to keep calm under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft suite and sound general knowledge of rostering software
