Grow your Recruitment Career with an Urban infrastructure powerhouse! This is an end to end role managing our recruitment process for our Infrastructure and Rail business across NSW, VIC and SA. Downer has a long history of delivering transport and power infrastructure projects under a variety of contracting models. 

You will become an integral part of a highly experienced Talent & Sourcing team during a period of exciting business growth. This is a great long-term opportunity to be part of an internal function where you will have full operational support to excel in your role and to utilise your prowess in sourcing on a number of databases available to you.

This role will support a large geographically dispersed portfolio and therefore can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with full cycle recruiting ideally gained within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to Construction within Urban Infrastructure (Rail/Roads/Power/Substations) sectors or similar will be highly desirable.
  • Deadline focused with the ability to achieve business outcomes
  • Commercially minded you will have the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and be regarded as a key business partner and an expert advisor.
  • Superior sourcing skills with experience proactively identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
  • Working knowledge in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Page Up or similar systems will be viewed favourably.
