Your Opportunity

As the Quality Manager, you will be an important senior leader within our WA Operations. You will have an active participation in the development and delivery of quality management plans and management systems processes. You will coordinate the sharing of knowledge and information among project teams to ensure we are continually seeking ways to improve the way we work. Quality underpins everything we do and your ability to drive high performance and influence change management will be instrumental in us delivering our projects on time and on budget.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Degree qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must have extensive construction experience on infrastructure in both civil and SMP works
  • Have the ability to identify critical success factors and drive effective strategies in order to achieve these objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing change management best practice and standards
  • Experience in ensuring effective compliance management for quality management plans and statutory approvals
  • Ability to develop standards and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Ability to effectively interface with design, construction and community management teams within the project
  • Absolute commitment to safety with everything you do
  • Detailed understanding of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems
  • Experience in monitoring non-conformance reporting process for trends and be involved in investigation of significant NCR's
  • Ability to communicate across senior leaders and stakeholders to manage business readiness and impacts to strategies and plans
