Lendlease are currently looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team, supporting our Gawler Electrification Railway Project. The role, reporting to the Office Manager will be based at our Kilburn site office as part of the wider project team. As part of the administration team, you will be responsible for managing reception including visitors and incoming calls, handling written and electronic correspondence, booking meeting room facilities, co-ordinating catering and day to day communications. You will also undertake general office support work including reconciling expenses, booking travel, compiling presentation and reports, filing and document control as well as management of office equipment, facilities and supplies. You will have an excellent reception manner, proficient MS Office skills, be highly organised and able to collaborate closely with senior members of the administration team and management within the engineering business. It is essential that you are a team player who can work methodically and accurately whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and administration support.
