About the Opportunity

With a strong portfolio of existing projects and more opportunities on the horizon, exciting opportunities exist for a number of Communications and Engagement Consultants to join our growing and award-winning team at Jacobs.

Working out of our North Sydney office and reporting to our Section Leader, you will support the design and delivery of stakeholder and community engagement programs for a range of projects - in water, road and rail transport, power generation and transmission, social infrastructure and defence. Engaging effectively with the people who are impacted by our projects is important to us, our clients and the community.

About You

As the successful candidate, you will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, experience and interest in stakeholder and community engagement
  • A few years experience in a similar role (ideally)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high achieving team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the work we do and a desire to pursue a career in this field
  • Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities to deliver work within set timeframes
  • Self-motivation and the ability to think on your feet
